Frequently Asked Questions
General Information
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We transport vehicles across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, including capital cities and most metro, regional and coastal locations.
Q: What types of vehicles can you transport?
A: We transport cars, utes, motorbikes, boats (on trailers), caravans, campervans and RVs, including oversized, modified, and prestige vehicles. For larger loads, we can also provide trailers with the following specifications:
- Length: 6 metres
- Load capacity: 2,400kg
- Overall width: 2,400mm
- Combined total weight (car and trailer): 3,200kg
This allows us to safely handle a wide range of vehicle types and sizes.
Q: Do you offer door-to-door service?
A: Yes. We provide door-to-door pickup and delivery so you don’t need to deal with depots or storage yards. This service is available as long as the access is via a registered road and it is suitable for a vehicle up to 12 metres in length.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Absolutely. We are fully insured for the transportation of vehicles and take every precaution to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for interstate or long-distance jobs. We always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Q: Can I track the progress of my delivery?
A: We’ll keep you updated with clear communication and estimated arrival times. You can also contact us directly during transit for updates. If you’d like, you can request location photos when the vehicle is stopped, so you have peace of mind about its progress.
Q: What happens if my trailer, caravan, or vehicle has a flat tyre or mechanical issue during transport?
A: We take every care in hauling your trailer, caravan, boat, or vehicle. However, please note that we are not liable for any mechanical failures, flat tyres, or other issues that may occur with your trailer or vehicle during transport.
- Spare tyre requirement: A spare tyre must be supplied with your trailer or vehicle at the time of pick-up. If a flat occurs during haulage, our driver can fit the spare. It will then be your responsibility to repair or replace the damaged tyre once the job is complete.
- Other issues: Any additional mechanical, electrical, or structural problems (such as wheel bearings, brakes, lights, suspension, or coupling faults) are the responsibility of the trailer or vehicle owner. These must be checked and maintained before collection. If such issues arise during transport, the cost and responsibility for repairs or recovery rests with the owner.
- Repairs requiring a mechanic: If tyre problems or other issues require professional repair, additional costs will be charged to tow the vehicle to a reputable mechanic (arranged by the vehicle owner). The vehicle may need to remain at the mechanic’s premises until repairs are completed.
- Time limits on waiting: Our driver will not stay with the vehicle for more than two hours while repairs are being carried out. If the repair time exceeds this, we may have to leave due to other haulage commitments. In this situation, no refund will be provided.
It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure the trailer, caravan, or vehicle is roadworthy and in good working order prior to transport. This helps avoid delays and unexpected costs during haulage.

Car Transport FAQs

A: Yes. We regularly collect vehicles purchased online and deliver them directly to your chosen location.
Q: Can you transport non-running vehicles?
A: Yes, in most cases. If the vehicle rolls and steers, we can load and tow it. Please provide full details when requesting a quote.
Q: My car is oversized or modified. Can you still tow it?
A: Yes, our towing setup can handle a wide range of oversized and modified vehicles, including lifted utes, 4WDs with accessories, and wide or long vehicles. However, there are some important restrictions to be aware of:
- Tow vehicle: 2025 Chevrolet 2500 HD Silverado
- Maximum tow capacity: 4.5 tonnes (4,500kg)
